With experience spanning sales, operations, and project management, she’s worked across industries from market research and employee engagement to pharma, digital health, SAP consulting, and non-profit fundraising.
Michele founded Solentra Consulting after witnessing brilliant founders and innovative companies fail from weak operations. Her approach helps founders unlock lasting success by returning to the fundamentals and building strong, scalable foundations.
