Ten years inside fast-growing startups taught Michele one thing clearly: the gap between what's actually happening in the business and what the board understands is where founder credibility is won or lost, and where funding rounds are secured or stalled.
Michele has spent her career embedded in the operational core of seed-stage to $100M+ ARR companies, working across sales, operations, people, and special projects in industries from digital health and pharma to market research, employee engagement, and SAP consulting.
To date, she has worked with 7+ founders navigating the pressures of Series A, B, and C fundraising, helping them translate operational reality into the kind of investor confidence that has supported $100M+ in funding rounds.
